Charo Carracedo, your agent in Valencia
You will be dealing with one person, from the first message to the day you get the keys. This is who that person is.
She trained to be the agent she wished she had found
Every time Charo bought or sold a home of her own, what started as an exciting project turned into something long, exhausting and difficult. That experience, together with a degree in Business Studies and Law, is what pushed her to train properly and become the estate agent she had wanted to find herself.
Her aim is straightforward: that buying or selling a property should be pleasant, safe and genuinely worth it for the client — with the client's interest as the goal, not the commission.

«I handle few properties at a time. It's the only way to give each client the attention and the advice you can only offer when you work exclusively for a small number of people.»

Half of our sales are to buyers from abroad
Dutch buyers in Carcaixent and in Ruzafa. Americans in Alberic. A Colombian buyer in Picassent. This isn't a market we're hoping to enter — it's the one we already work in.
