Why buyers come to us

Buying abroad is not the same as buying at home — and nobody tells you how

Different taxes, a different notary system, a NIE number you need before you can do almost anything, and a property register that works nothing like yours.

Our recent buyers came from the Netherlands, the United States and Colombia. Every one of them arrived with the same three questions: how much will this really cost me, what can go wrong, and who is on my side. We answer those before you commit to anything.

What we do

One person, from the first viewing to the keys

You deal directly with Charo. Not a call centre, not a different agent each time, not a junior who has never seen the property.

We find it for you

Tell us the area, the budget and how you want to live. We search, filter and visit — including properties that never reach the portals because they sell within our agency network first.

The paperwork

NIE number, notary, property register, bank, taxes and utilities. We prepare it, check it and coordinate it, and we tell you what each step actually costs before you pay it.

What it costs

Turnkey, if you're not here

We buy it, renovate it and hand it over finished. Builders, licences and timelines are our problem, not yours. You can stay where you are until the day you move in.

How turnkey works
Charo Carracedo

«I trained to become the estate agent I would have wanted to find myself, back when buying and selling my own homes turned into something long, exhausting and difficult.»

Where we work

Valencia city and the province — the parts we actually know

We won't pretend to cover the whole of Spain. We work in Valencia city — Ruzafa, Campanar, Benimaclet — along the coast at El Saler and La Pobla de Farnals, and inland across La Ribera del Xúquer: Alzira, Algemesí, Carcaixent, Alberic and l'Alcúdia.

  • City apartments in established neighbourhoods
  • Villas and country houses with land, a pool or both
  • Coastal property within reach of the beach
  • Investment — tenanted assets and whole buildings
